KANDLE’S NEW MUSIC VIDEO
Kandle revealed today her most recent music video for the song «Gimme a pill». Released two years ago on the album In Flames, the song describes the struggle of living with chronic pains: "Living with chronic pain is the biggest challenge in my life. As much as I fight to stay positive and to pursue traditional and alternative treatments for my pain, some days I still can't find the strength to get out of bed or have to cancel a show and go to the hospital. My condition at times consumes me and the mixture of medications that I've come to rely on erodes me instead. But I refuse to drown in self pity and instead I choose to create art out of my situation and show a representation of what it's like for all of us being held back by pain. My best pal Maya Fuhr brought to life a beautiful little video for us of 'A day in the life' trying to escape from the struggle and fighting to be free!"
Don't miss her at Anachronik Festival on May 5th. Tickets are available here.

DARE TO CARE IS TURNING 15!
This spring, Dare To Care is celebrating 15 years of great releases! And who says anniversary says lots of special events!
To kick off the celebrations, the Sainte Cécile Fest, presented by Pabst Blue Ribbon, will take place from April 7th to April 9th at l’Esco and TRH-Bar in Montreal, and on April 29th at l’Anti, bar & spectacles in Quebec City.
Then, since the label has always released vinyls, it only seemed natural to partner up with Aux 33 Tours record store to celebrate the 2016 Record Store Day. Stop by the store on April 16th to get a limited edition vinyl compilation, only the first 1000 customers will receive one!
Other festivities marking the 15th anniversary will be announced throughout the year. Make sure to stay updated by clicking the thumbs-up on Dare To Care's Facebook page and don’t forget to RSVP to the first announced events: Sainte Cecile Fest / Record Store Day

For Roses, Cœur de pirate has partnered with three brilliant producers : Bjorn Yttling, Rob Ellis and Ash Workman. Béatrice Martin’s meticulously crafted melodies are as resplendent as ever and will enrapture longtime fans once again. The singer fiercely explores coming-of-age themes that are at times painful. The English and the French songs combine to form Cœur de pirate’s most accomplished album to date.
